Roger Sjöström has approximately 30 years of experience in various leadership roles, education and leadership development, as well as strategic and operational HR work. 

He has previously worked as a store manager and skills developer in the retail industry. For the past fifteen years, Roger has worked as a Public Authorized Accountant, Nordic Learning Leader, and HR Business Partner at one of the Big Four global audit firms. 

Roger holds a degree from IHM Business School and a degree of Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics with a focus on accounting from Stockholm University. His academic qualifications have been supplemented with university courses in areas such as strategic HR management, conflict management, gender studies, motivating interviewing, and Swedish labor law. Roger is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and coaches in both Swedish and English.
